I tunes store connection
Why would I need to connect to the ITunes store to download a free app? I log in and get the sane message every time?

Depending on your region, you may need to have a payment method on file before you can download any apps, including free ones. This may also apply for apps downloaded from the App Store, as well as purchases in the iTunes Store, such as music and albums.
