I have a star j7 Samsung android and I cannot unlock it I have tried all my passwords and even changed my password in my gmail what can I do to change or retrieve my password

Similar questions

No matter what password i put in it is no not excepted. Why can’t i find a password that they will accept i think if i can get this taken i can get several devices. For now I can’t install a new app can i install.

Well, start with Samsung. That's not an Apple device.
