Recovering shared album on iPhone?

My iCloud is only turned on for "Shared Albums," and not for "iCloud Photos" and "My Photo Stream." So what I have been doing is uploading photos to my Shared Album, and then deleting them from my phone (Photos Library).

I recently accidentally deleted a Shared Album of the entire first year of my daughter's life, and went to Photos > Albums > Recently Deleted, but it wasn't there. Is there any way to recover a deleted Shared Album that was only on iCloud?

Shared Album issue I have a MacBook Pro 13" early 2015, Monterey 12.6.2, as much as it can be currently updated. I have an iPad Air with iPADOS 16.2.
