Hello, I have an iPhone 4S , it is not responding after giving ok to software update pop -up

iOS 9.3.6 is the latest iOS version for iPhone 4S, can’t be update to a higher iOS.

If the iPhone has not yet installed iOS 9.3.6, try updating from the computer, see this Apple article: Update software on iPhone, iPad or iPod touch in iTunes on PC
