the fact this is MY IPhone but after so many attempts, Face ID is PERMANENTLY disabled?. This is beyond the dumbest thing I’d expect from Apple. What if it’s Face ID failing that’s causing the issue. A joke. It should TEMPORARILY disable if anything.

The fact you can reset the password but it DOESN’T apply to your old notes, under the old password? Are you kidding me? Who is in charge of this? It’s My phone!

I can literally change my iCloud/Apple ID password with ease, but not this?!

I should be able to get access to anything of mine, forgotten password or not. You have better options for “jumping through hoops” and verify, than this. Fix it. I’m just finding out that it has BEEN a issue. Listen to who makes you money.
