Microphone Issue in iPhone 11 with iOS 15.2.1

My iPhone 11 was recently having microphone issues like not responding on calls put on speakerphone, not working intermittently in voice memos, WhatsApp calls etc. I sent it to Apple Service and it came back yesterday quoting that the issue had been resolved. I noticed that the iOS was rolled back to from 15.2.1 to 15.2. I had to upgrade it back to that latest version to be able to restore the backup I had on my Mac. Now, this morning the mic has started malfunctioning again. Please help.

Are there any known bugs in iOS 15 causing microphone issues?

If that doesn’t work, try a Hard Reset:

Press volume up (quickly)
Press volume down (quickly)
Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears

If that didn’t work, it could be a hardware issue. ⚠️

It has come back from Apple Service yesterday. They claim to have fixed the issue and the device is in the latest iOS version 15.2.1. It is now out of warranty too, which ended 2 days back.

I understand; however, if the repair wasn't done correctly, then they need to complete the job.
