Running Windows from within MacOS Catalina

I installed Windows 10 using BootCamp. I want to use/run my apps of Windows from within my MacOS 10.15.7. I searched the web and found many answers but most of them ignore the fact that I already have Windows on my Mac and I don't want to delete it. I just want to use my Windows apps from within Mac so that I don't need to reboot. Is there a Mac app that can scan my Windows app on my hard drive and let me use them?
