Back up broken phone

So my phone screen does not work at all. Is there a way to backup my phone not being able to use the phone at all?

You are not going to be able to back it up on a computer if you have not backed it up in the past.

Do you use iCloud for backups? If you do, then the iPhone will continue to create daily iCloud backups if it is connected to power and Wi-Fi. If you do not use iCloud for backups, then these backups won’t happen.
