I have a MacMac (21.5-inch, Late 2009)

Is there a way to upgrade to the newest OS?

I am running at the moment.....macOS High Sierra Version10.13.6


I can no longer sync with my phone brother devices.

iMac, macOS 10.13

No. It can't be upgraded past High Sierra.
