Reduce caractères size from the screen
My iPhone is open but the characters are very big and I can’t do any fonction. Do you know a way to reduce the caractères from the screen?

This sounds like an Accessibility setting may be active.
Adjust the display and text size on iPhone - Apple Support
"Use display accommodations
- Go to Settings
> Accessibility > Display & Text Size. - Adjust any of the following:"
- "Larger Text: Turn on Larger Accessibility Sizes, then adjust the text size using the Font Size slider.
This setting adjusts to your preferred text size in apps that support Dynamic Type, such as Settings, Calendar, Contacts, Mail, Messages, and Notes."
