Getting the Correct Battery:

If you need to get a new battery, I recommend taking it to Apple or an AASP to get the correct model, and to avoid issues.

A. Contact Apple Support:

If purchased from Apple, or covered under AppleCare, then get this serviced by Apple.

• Proceed from there as necessary

B. Contact an AASP:
