I forgot my apple watch passcode and I try too many times different passcode so the apple watch it blocked. How I can fixed?

I had Iphone 10 and changed to Iphone 13 pro max and when I tried to connect my apple watch I did not remember the passcode and tried many times now my apple watch is blocked. how can i fix that ??thanks
You need to unpair the watch from your old phone;
From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
