I restarted my computer and I ended up with this gray screen with a mouse and side of a computer on it. Nothing on my laptop keyboard works, led lights, volume, and touchpad won’t click and the mouse won’t move. I have work tomorrow, and I need the laptop to work.not an actual picture of my computer, but a picture I found with someone with the same screen

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding, you are seeing a grey screen with a picture of your Magic mouse on your iMac screen at start up, is that right? Is the Magic mouse switched on as show in the picture? How about the keyboard? Are both fully charged?
