How do I clear the “Others” storage that is used by the apps and system!?

SravanKrA, even though that is the "official" solution, that link does NOT help.

Despite a fully updated iPhone 13 Pro, I have over 100 GB in the system cache! This is preventing me from installing apps and my phone is telling me storage is almost full. Apple, this is infuriating! There should be a simple "delete system cache" button in Settings!
