Good afternoon! After the 4C170 update, I noticed an error when charging the AirPods 3 headphones in the case! At first, charging comes, but when 10-15 minutes pass, it stops! When opening the case and lifting the headphones, the orange signal continues and lights up! Resetting the settings does not help!(

Thanks for the info! I tried to do a reset, the error has already been repeated 2 times! If there is more, I will take it to the service center (It's sad that such expensive equipment breaks down immediately ((!

Based on a Personal Experience...
Well, that's the way technology is. It might fail' or it might NOT fail. I had my 2017 MBP's screen die and had to send it in 11 times. Being a patient customer, they gave me a free 2.5 grand upgrade. All I paid that day was the price for my 2018 MBP AppleCare+ coverage. I renew my plan annually. But, eventually, it will slow down, and it will become time for a new Mac.

Who Purchased these?
Whoever purchased these needs to look into it. If you are not to individual who purchased these, then have have person perform the replacement request.
Everything turned out to be even worse, it got hot when charging, the case deformed and rubbed the view (( passed for repair.
I tried all possible options, nothing happened! If this happens again, I will refer the service center! Of course, it’s not very pleasant, expensive equipment, but done poorly ((
