Can the question asked by the Apple Watch “Are you OK” be answered vocally?

Thank you for the response. I have learned that I can temporarily turn OFF the Fall Alert. I will do that during activities where I am in company of others. The question came from an incident of Fall Alert caused by my trying to “Plant a Ski Pole” while adjusting my Ski Boots. The watch was under a layer of glove, parka and sweater, obviously difficult to access quickly.
