Cancel Subscription and Receive Refunds

Cancelling a subscription stops it from renewing but you can keep using it until the subscription expires. They don't normally issue a refund. See the following from How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support

If you cancel a paid subscription, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.

However if you want to try to get a refund, see: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Sorry, This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. I don't know of any way to expedite a refund after they have confirmed one.
