Change Apple ID Region with Apple One Subscription

Hello, I would like to change my Apply ID Region from Taiwan to Canada. However, the system asks me to cancel my Apple Music subscription first. I cancelled the Apple One subscription but it is still valid until Feb 23, 2022. Can I switch my Apple ID now without waiting?
