Change iphone and forget password

I am currently change my iphone from 7+ to 11 pro , and i forgot Apple password , and my old iphone is not working properly and no sound at all and have major problems that make me not making phones and chating any voice and another major problem , and i need to sign with my apple id to enable me to transfer data from old iphone to new iphone , i need your help to reaet password urgently to enable me to use the new iphone
