I did not request or want a subscription renewal. why was I charged without my consent?

This is basically stealing from customers. My HBO max subscription had expired and I had no intend to renew. After 15 days of being cancelled, the subscription was renewed automatically, without my consent.

▷ Call 1-800-MY-APPLE to speak with an authorized Apple agent regarding this issue.

Request a Refund.


It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund.


If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.


Check Refund Status. 
