I deleted my payment method to cancel my iCloud storage upgrade and deleted the payment method but it still will not let me cancel it

I followed the instructions on deleting my payment method so I can downgrade my space on my phone but it still won’t let me downgrade

If you can't click Done, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID as your iCloud storage plan. You can also try following these steps on a different device. If you still need help, contact Apple Support.
