HomePod's go by various numbers and I'm trying to figure out what the differences are between them, anyone know the facts on how to decode this number?

The LL/A designation is the country code, in this case LL/A = US.
That is not a model number, that is a serial number.
Yes, that would be the designation for the Canadian model. There is no difference in the models from US to Canada.
Mine all have random numbers. I’m not sure what any of that means except I don’t believe any of them refer to colours. The colours are just a fabric sleeve placed over top of a homepod that’s already been made.
Hardly anything is random, we may not know how to decode the alphanumeric Product/Model Number yet but I'm betting there is a method to the madness just like there is for Apple Serial Numbers.
