i keep getting notifications, but whenever i click on it when it pops up or when it’s in my notification bar, it won’t open the notification. I don’t know what app it’s coming from, but sometimes it will have the snapchat or a text message icon, but no name or number. it’s usually like an advertisement for something. it’s really difficult to explain, but i hope it makes sense. i’m worried something is wrong with my phone.

One way you could try to stop these notifications is the next time one of the notifications appears, swipe it to the left until you see the options button, then click on that to see which app keeps sending you those pestering notifications.
