Being charged for subscriptions

I am being charged $14.99 for Apple Music and $4.99 for Apple TV that I never signed up for. I would like to talk to a customer service agent but everything is automated with no help. Does anyone have a valid number where I can talk to a real person??? Would be vey appreciated!
