Need to authenticate disabled daughter's iPhone 13 Pro Max, but keep getting screen message reading "iPhone is not Activate Contact your carrier if this problem continues to occur.

Need to authenticate disabled daughter's iPhone 13 Pro Max, but keep getting screen message reading "iPhone is not Activate Contact your carrier if this problem continues to occur." Now what? Last time I tried to communicate with Verizon, I was on line for 3 hrs 45 min!

Contact Apple, First:

The carrier needs to replace the SIM card. Rather than talk for 3.75 hours with the carrier, talk with Apple. The Apple Rep will give you a quick understanding of all of this, and what to ask you carrier. Make note of what the Apple Rep tells you.

Apple Phone Support:

Why the Wait:

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
