should i keep macbook pluged in when battery is fully charged

i have MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)

if battery is fully charged should i unplug it and use it or is it better to keep it plugged in and keep using it

Everyone has their own opinions on this.

I personally use it until it needs charging, then I plug it in.

I like the freedom of having no cables attached. 😉
