Notes app deleted with my data !
I accidently deleted Notes app in my iPhone and my notes not backed up in iCloud, how I can get back my notes ?

If you had enabled iCloud for Photos / Notes / Videos / Reminders / Messages etc (As Shown in the Pic below) and have deleted some or all data from one device then it is deleted from iCloud and all other devices that is logged in with the same Apple ID.
Where were the Notes? See the pic below. You will get your answer
The recently deleted folder will exist only if you deleted Notes from iCloud or from the "On My Phone" Folder. Deletion from other Folders does not use the Recently Deleted Sub-Folder.
Since it is synced to an email account and if you delete it from the iPhone it is gone from the respective account too.
