Apple (and very often third-party) physical keyboard products are very often region specific - and specific language variations are frequently only available within the region/market for which they are intended.

If you have expectation/need for a specific language keyboard, you would be best advised to purchase the item from within the region to which it relates.

Otherwise, so as to avoid disappointment, you should contact Apple Sales directly.

Yes, all Apple keyboards for non-Latin scripts also have English on them, otherwise you could not type most email addresses, etc.
