Hi all, I've an iPhone 13 provided by my Company and I have to use an alphanumeric password for access it, not a simple numeric password.

I bought a Watch 7 (personal) but paired with this iphone I can't set the security code.

When I try to install an app directly from the watch it is required a code that I think it's the same of the iphone (alphanumeric) but the keyboard on the watch, in this case, is numeric only, there's a way to bypass this problem?

Hello fabrizio281,

We understand that you're having trouble with the passcode between your iPhone and Apple Watch. Per the article Set passcode restrictions for an Apple Watch, "If you require an iPhone passcode that uses letters or special characters, you can't set an Apple Watch passcode. Instead, your users must unlock their iPhone to unlock their Apple Watch. Open the Apple Watch app on the paired iPhone, tap the My Watch tab, then tap Passcode > Unlock with iPhone."
