Altice, now Optimum Mobile, and the Apple Watch

I have been an Altice customer since inception, which is now Optimum mobile. I have been an Apple customer since the iPhone 4. I would like to own an Apple Watch with the cellular capability, but Altice, now Optimum Mobile, still is not accepted. Will this ever change?

The people to ask are Optimum,it's their decision whether or not to support the apple watch,apple have provided the hardware and software capability,now it's up to network providers to decide it they want to support it or not.
