Service cancellation Refund
Hello,
I broke my phone screen two weeks ago and booked a pickup and return service after paying the full amount. Since I did not hear from apple support for more than a week, I called the phone support, cancelled the booking (ref. no. A521919540).
After that I booked a drop in service and got the phone repaired with in a day. No it has been a week since the service was cancelled, however I haven't got the refund for the pick up and return service I had cancelled.
How long does it take for the refund to reflect in my account?
