I updated the iOS on my phone and Apple Watch yesterday. Since then I can’t pair my watch to the iPhone Any suggestions how to pair it now?

I updated to the new iOS and now my Apple Watch has unpaired from my iPhone and I can’t pair the watch to the phone now.
