HomeKit secure video not working when Apple TV on Ethernet

I liked to have my Apple TV connected through Ethernet, but my new Logitech circle view HomeKit secured video will not give a notification or show video unless the Apple TV is connect with Wi-Fi. If there a fix for this issue?
