How much will it cost to replace the back of my apple watch Series 7 41mm? Or if it is insured how much will it cost?

Apple won't replace the back of an Apple Watch. You can either get an out of warranty replacement watch or use a valid AppleCare+ plan if you purchased one when you bought the watch.
