Chrome and Opera GX won't load tab pages but Safari and Firefox will

So, yesterday I woke up and got on chrome, 8:10am PST. I realized something

was wrong when Spotify and Google classroom took a long time to load,

then they never loaded. Only the discord website was able to load, so I

contacted my friend to tell them I might not attend class because no

site on google chrome except for discord.com.

So then I restarted my Device around 3 times, even updated it to MAC OS

Monterey version 12.2. (My product is a  MacBook Air 13 inch 2017. So

then I cleared my cache, history, and cookies over 3 times. I even

signed out of google and used 1-2 different browsers, everything worked

fine for around 1-2 minutes then the pages didn't load anymore. I've

done everything I possibly can, I have uninstalled the chrome

extensions, restarted chrome, uninstalled, basically everything the

internet told me to do I have already done and nothing worked. So I

decided to give and use Safari, everything in safari ran smoothly

except for the time I went inside google meet. When I joined I heard a

loud distorted beeping sound that kept cutting off and on, when I left

the meet a really loud one hurt my ears, So on safari everything runs

smooth but google meet sounds horrible, while on other browsers google

meet tends to sound great, sadly nothing but discord.com

loads. Later on around 10am I installed firefox, it's good for google

meet but horrible for the games I play, so laggy and small. Also spotify

web player won't really work well on firefox either. Today I woke up

8:00am PST trying to do chrome:flags and   ~/Library/Application

Support/Google/Chrome

Done everything else and nothing works, here are the screenshots. As you can see, Discord loads fine on Chrome, but anything else won't
