Can’t upload images to my website after update 15.2.1 Jan 14, 2022

I’ve tried shutting my iPad down and turning it on again. I checked to make sure all my internet browsers are up to date. I’ve downloaded new internet browsers as someone suggested on a previous issue like this. Nothing is fixing this issue. My job is art, I need to upload them to websites to sell and I can’t upload anything above 600px by 530px now which is basically smaller then clip art size so it’s s just pixel art. I don’t know what to do right now to fix this. I had no issues with this prior to the update. Please someone help. It’s hard enough being an artist, but not being able to get prints made, or upload to websites to sell my art will make things even harder to survive and pay my bills. Thanks for the help.

Good to know, Theadhdartist.

In that case, we'd try the following to see if it helps out:

Test after each step. If the issue continues to occur, then it would be best to connect with Apple Support: Get Support

Wishing you well, cheers.

Welcome Theadhdartist,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you're having issues uploading your photos from your iPad.

Are you using iCloud Photos? If so, this may help us out in the meantime: Get help with iCloud Photos

There were recently issues reported on the System Status page: System Status (Those issues have now been resolved.)

It sounds like this is not specific to a website, this is happening on multiple websites? Is this occurring with multiple photos?

Lastly, when you attempt to upload the content, do you receive any errors along the way? If so, what are these errors?

Hoping to hear back, take care.

PNG Files won’t upload only jpeg will since the update

  1. Tried uploading PNG’s on different websites including shopify, etsy, printful, Redbubble, teespring
  2. cleared cookies
  3. restarted my iPad many times
  4. let my battery die and then restarted and it fixed nothing
  5. played with the settings in my procreate app where i create my art and tried saving it as many different file types and different PNG and only jpegs will upload
  6. downloaded different internet browsers and tried upload PNGs in all of them on all the different websites -didn’t fix the issue
  7. tried saving art as pngs but with a background which defeats the reason for using PNG files but it didn't work either
  8. I am not on do not disturb
  9. not sure why the time and date would affect PNG files but it is accurate
  10. I’ve contacted each website store to ask for help with this and they have no idea how to help but i went through there steps too and it didn't help
  11. Researched the issue on google and other people have complained about the same issue after a previous update but there aren’t any solutions that work on the iPad Pro. Most solutions were for cell phone issues and Mac computer issues and don’t work on this system
  12. Had a breakdown and tried all these steps over again because I have commissioned art I can’t upload that have to be PNG files without a background and now it’s making me look unprofessional as a business and I’m losing income and clients

Hello. After doing some testing, I can’t upload PNG files, but I can upload jpegs. I need to upload PNG files for my art to not have backgrounds on clothing. I have restarted my iPad a few times. I even let the battery die completely before charging it again and trying it. I’ve made sure everything is up to date, and looked in all the settings. I don’t understand why it worked 1 minute then the update got installed and it stopped working. PNG files are very important for my work. Thanks for your help.
