I have gone into the settings for Apple to cancel my subscription for Apple TV. It have a check mark by the 4.99 that says it will renew in April. But I don’t want it to. Can you help

Any current subscriptions will be shown by signing into one's Apple ID account, they will then have an option to cancel.

If for some reason you are not able to then you will need to contact Apple support. This is a user forum. If there are any error messages be sure to have that information handy.
