My other iPhone is stuck on the apple logo

My other iPhone is stuck on the apple logo because of my storage space and I have no laptop to fix it or an apple store near by . All of my important information from my job is on that phone and I don’t know what to do. Please help

Try a Hard Reset:

Press volume up (quickly)
Press volume down (quickly)
Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears
