Silence Scam Likely

Dear Apple Support, why won't you simply allow us to "Silence Scam Likely" incoming calls? That would be much more practical than silencing all unknown callers. I still need to use my phone as a phone.

I understand that I can download an app, but should I really have to mess with all of that. Your caller ID says Scam Likely. So you have already determined that the caller is a telemarketer or scammer.

Please help all of us iPhone owners with a real solution.
