macOS 10.12.6 update

Does anyone have a download link for High Sierra 10.13.0? It's not at the App Store and I never found Ethan395 where the linked is alleged to be. Thank all of you who are viewing and resolving issues for those of us who are macOS novice!

10.13.0 is no longer available, Apple only provides the lastest in Full installers any more, which is 10.13.6
