Apple Tv

My Apple TV goes off while viewing. Requires to switch off both tv and Apple TV. Still the problem persists. I reinstalled Apple TV latest OS still the issue reminds. Any solution?

Apple TV is not turning off tv After recent firmware upgrade Apple TV is unable to turn off my Sony Bravia XBR-65X850E model tv. I’m not really sure if the reason/cause was Sony firmware upgrade or Apple! As I have auto update enabled on both devices. Can someone please help me to fix this issue? I have tried resetting both devices and they are on latest firmware also tried the basic troubleshooting steps posted online with no luck!

Unplug your modem from its power source for 2-3 minutes and Restart Modem.
Unplug your router from its power source for 2-3 minutes and Restart router.
Unplug Apple TV from Power for 2-3 minutes – re-plug in and retest.
