iPhone 13 Pro Max facial recognition doesn't work

This is junk ! Wish I had never traded my XS Max. It never recognizes on facial recognition and I have reset it 3 times with 2 facial recognitions. It calls people randomly. Great camera but that’s it. Total POS.
