Where are the Books app files stored and can I change this location on MacOS Monterey?

I want to keep my Books app files on a network location. Can I do this on MacOS Monterey? Thanks.

Apple Books don't sync to iCloud When I add a PDF to the Books app in MacOS the file isn't uploaded to iCloud, even though it should be (according to the settings). I'm logged in to all my devices with the same Apple ID, but the file is not available anywhere else than locally on the Mac where it was imported. I have tried to log in/out and to turn off/on iCloud storage for the app, but nothing helps. Does anyone have an idea of what may be wrong?

Can’t see PDF books on the books app on Mac So I recently downloaded some PDFs to the books app on my phone. All my devices are synced together so I can see it on my IPad but not on my Mac. I have the sync settings on, on my Mac but when I go to iCloud Drive in system preferences it doesn’t have books as an option.

Books on my mac are not syncing to my ios devices The books on my mac in the books app are not syncing to my ios devices. Macbook Pro running Catalina. Ios devices are running 13.4.1 How do I get the books to sync between the Mac and the Ios devices?

Books for Mac stores epubs and pdfs added to the library at this location:

/Users/username/Library/Containers/com.apple.BKAgentService/Data/Documents/iBooks

I don't know if the files can safely be moved from there…
