"Update apple ID settings" - Shows Always, even after I use correct password and update

Hey y’all just got off the phone with apple support and they said that it’s an emergent issue and they are working on trying to fix it for us so for us to try again later with getting logged in

I’ve been free and clear ever since the 15.3 update.

Same thing here it pops up like every 5 minutes even after a successful password entry! It is definitely an Apple problem that should be addressed and rectified. Just keep selecting “Not Now” until Apple support fixes the problem.

I have the same problem with my IPhone 13 pro. Have changed my passwords numerous times, have signed out and in again and it is still asking me to update my Apple ID and to verify my account.

This is really annoying and have tried everything even resetting my phone.

I wish, mine seemed fix for about 45 min. Now both my phone and watch are doing it again. Happens less frequently on my MacBook. No updates to download either. Hopefully Apple gives an actual update.

I had the issues earlier and spoke to apple and they said it was something they were working on and I waited to clear the notification until about 2:00 today and it hasn’t popped up since so hopefully we are all out of the clear

What’s up with this update Apple ID. I get it all the time for me reason in particular. WHY? It is really annoying

Hello all, it's now okay here for several hours. Probably the problem is solved.

Mine seems to be sorted as well (touch wood) hopefully apple have got it sorted🤞🏼Fingers crossed!

Started having this issue last night and its still not resolved.

Mine also started last night but so far all is good. Haven’t had the issue again since this afternoon. I did do a software update,not sure if that sorted the issue on my phone.
