Blacklistef imei

I've bought an iPad Pro 9,7 in 2016 from an official reseller, but now I've found that an imei number is blacklisted as stolen device. Can it be a mistake and what should I do?

Blacklisted iPad devices are typically ones with cellular service and are blacklisted by the cellular provider.

Should be this case, contact your cellular carrier and ask them.


Neither we, just users like you, nor Apple can get involved in a blacklisted iOS device.
