MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.1

Stumbled upon an issue like the cursor issue. It appeared very rarely, but over time it began more and more often. I explain: when you work with a Mac in the process of working or even watching a movie, the cursor can start to freeze in motion. There is no difference in control through the trackpad or through the mouse. That is, he begins to twitch, hang. It feels like my Mac just rebooted, or when opening a power heavy program and the mouse cursor, you can find out if the laptop is heavily overloaded. Here too, but when I go to the analytics, it says to me that the Mac is in excellent condition, nothing has been rebooted. I also noticed that this problem is not noticeable, when I turn on screen recording on a Mac, the mouse cursor on the recording moves smoothly without any dependencies. This problem greatly interferes because it is necessary to constantly restart the Mac boot. The Mac is under warranty, but it's too far and too long to wait for me to fix it, so I would like to decide if I have this problem.

maior1,

We understand you're experiencing an issue with the cursor speed when using your Mac.

If the issue doesn't appear when recording the screen, try starting your Mac in safe mode, and check for the issue there: How to use safe mode on your Mac

Also, to determine if the issue is user-specific or system-wide, create a new admin user account, and test the cursor there. Here's how: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac

We hope this helps.
