Apple ID for icloud
Keeps asking me to login into Apple ID and won’t back up my phone tried signing out and changing password but didn’t work just kept asking me to login and now my iPhone 11 is all messed up any help?

Apple’s System Status page shows some recently resolved issues. If this just started, try restarting your iPhone and see if the behavior continues.
If so, make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or have access to cellular data. Follow these steps: If you can't connect or sign into iCloud.
If you get signed in and still can’t back up, follow this guide: If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup. We hope this helps.
