Downloading Icloud photos for windows 11

Hello!

I'm having trouble downloading my photos from icloud over to my pc windows 11. I've went through all the settings and it seem like there is no longer the same settings options for icloud photos as it was on windows 10. There is no longer a "download new photos and videos to my pc" option in settings or even anything like that anymore, the only two options I have in settings are Icloud photos and shared albums box.

I then tried just selecting all and moving to a folder in my computer but the same error always pops up that says "The operation is not supported by the cloud sync provider".

The photos below show how the options were on Windows 10 and how it is now on windows 11.

And also a photo of the error that comes up.
