Proximity Sensor not working Since ios 15.2.1 update

I want to ask dear Members , if any one one of you is facing proximity Sensor , which is near the Front Camera a tiny dot on iphone 6s , suddenly stopped working , i believe after ios 15.2.1 update. is any one facing the issue? i have tried hard reset and tried everthing in setting , but could not solve these. But before update I believe it was all working fine.


Can someone help me out Apple Support had said to approach service Centre , i dont think its sensor problem

If that doesn’t work, try a Hard Reset:

  1. Press volume up (quickly)
  2. Press volume down (quickly)
  3. Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears


If that didn’t work, it could be a hardware issue. ⚠️
