I'm using the newest AirPods Pro with my MacBook Pro. When I use my AirPods for calls (e.g. Teams, Skype, ...) the sound quality is horrible (really noisy = like the headphones sounded 20 years ago) and my colleagues tell me that my microphone quality is really bad. What can I do?

They suggest to use the internal microphone instead of the mic from the AirPods. The workaround works for me.
It seems like a software bug, since they're working fine with my iPhone and iPad. Why isn't this bug fixed yet?
How can that be? Those are the newest AirPods Pro and I'm using them within the ecosystem of Apple...
(I mean this is no Windows computer - it's a Apple Device!)
I tried putting my microphone on just one Airpod or the other, and it helped for a bit but was short lived. This is very frustrating.
It worked! Never thought the MX could cause such trouble
same. I unpaired the Logitech items and BANG! fixed. then repaired them (I like them) and back to the terrible audio. shucks. good to understand the issue. wish there was a better solution.
Exact issue. Logitec MX bluetooth mouse was creating connection issues. Turned it off and no more problems. Almost had to buy a corded mic before I came on this response.
